Corporate Gifting T&Cs

Please allow up to 48 hours response time for corporate enquiries.

All corporate orders have a minimum quantity of 5 items. 

Corporate gifting orders require 5 business days notice. Where company branding is to be used in orders, or boxes are customised to suit, more notice may be required.

We reserve the right to make substitutions when products are unavailable. All substitutions will be of similar quality and value. Be sure to notify us of any allergies or dietary needs. Products may contain traces of nuts.

Payment is required in FULL prior to delivery date.

Deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm daily. We cannot guarantee exact delivery time, but will do our best to accommodate to your needs. At this stage, we are not able to provide tracking options for deliveries.

If no one is available to receive the order, the courier has ATL (Authority To Leave) the product in a safe location near the door step of the home or left with front desk/reception. Freckle & Mint does not cover the cost of lost or stolen items once delivered. Proof of delivery will be retained by Freckle & Mint. Once delivery has been made the responsibility of the order rests with the buyer. Please do your best to ensure that someone is available to collect the order to preserve the quality and freshness of foods gifted.

If for any reason the wrong address is supplied, the order will be redirected to Freckle & Mint. Due to the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee that the order will be available for re-delivery that same day. A re-delivery and / or re-order fee will be charged depending on the product ordered and if the customer chooses to re-order another box for delivery. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the money spent on the box, add-ons and delivery.
