1. How much notice is required for orders?

We do not offer same day deliveries. In order to avoid disappointment and missing out, we encourage as much notice as you are able to provide, and require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for orders. Please note that some dates do get booked out in advance, and as such once capacity is reached, dates are blocked out on the website.

2. When are orders confirmed?

Once payment has been received and confirmed by F&M, this secures your order.

3. Do you cater for allergy and dietary requirements?

Yes! F&M can make most of the orders to be GF, Vegetarian, Halal, Vegan or Nut Free. Please get in touch to learn more. 

4. Can I cancel my order if I have already paid for it?

Yes, you can. However, orders must be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice of the delivery date. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to hello@freckleandmint.com.au, not via socials or phone.

We charge a flat fee of $25 to cover administrative costs, and will refund your payment less this fee provided we have received your cancellation request 48 hours prior to the delivery date. The cost of goods purchased or prepared will always be retained on cancelled orders.

Orders that have been prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded, and will be delivered as scheduled.

5. Will my box look exactly the same as the photo?

Unfortunately, this will not always be the case. All boxes are customised to suit each customer and prepared differently every time. The images and description provide an indication of what the box may include. Product design, colours and flavours may vary from images supplied on our website by discretion of Freckle & Mint.

F&M reserves the right to substitute products and items when items are unavailable. All substitutions will be of similar quality and value.

6. Can you include a message or note with my order?

Yes, of course! A complimentary card is included with all orders, unless you specify otherwise.

7. What happens if I provide the wrong details?

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and details when placing your order. If for any reason the wrong address is supplied, the order will be redirected to Freckle & Mint. Due to the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee that the order will be available for re-delivery that same day. A re-delivery and / or re-order fee will be charged depending on the product ordered and if the customer chooses to re-order another box for delivery.

In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the money spent on the box, add-ons and delivery.
